My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: CO
I just found out this morning that for the last 5 years I have been paying water/sewage for my business and three other businesses in my building as there is only one meter. I am billed directly by the utility company, and I called them to come out to the property to confirm my suspicions, and I will have a copy of the reported findings tomorrow. I need help. What recourse do I have?
