Trusts: How Do I Obtain a Copy of an Irrevocable Trust in Which I Am a Named Beneficiary

My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: California

How do I obtain a copy of an irrevocable trust in which I am a named beneficiary from my mother who refuses to acknowledge me?

For years I have been required by my family accountant to attach a schedule K-1 to my personal tax return. For the past five years, my husband and I have argued about including the K-1 with our return due to my recent discovery that I am not required by the IRS to include the K-1 unless I have received distribution payments from the irrevocable trust. I have directly asked my mother (the trustee) for any paperwork (i.e. a copy of the trust document, transactions, etc.) and she has denied that any such trust exists. Upon telling my accountant that my husband and I were uncomfortable filing the K-1 with our personal return, he responded that he would be unable to file our return without it. He apologized and told me to contact the family tax attorney who created the trust nearly 20 years ago. I contacted the attorney, and he informed me that there is in fact an irrevocable trust in my name, but that the majority of the funds have been removed by my mother. I requested copies of the accounting transactions and he verbally said he would get them for me. It has now been almost two months (our conversation was April 13, 2018.
