I am 13 years old, 5 years and 1 week younger than my boyfriend. On July 9th we will have been together for 1 year. We met at a hotel in Florida and we both really connected from the start, neither of us knew the other’s age, and I’m sure he thought I was older than I am since I look and behave relatively more mature than most 13 year old girls. I met his father and he met my mother, they didn’t object to us hanging out or to us currently dating. There is a lot in common between the two of us, we’re not as different as one would expect. He lives in Tennessee and I live in Ohio, we have not had sex or any sexual contact. Is this relationship considered illegal?
