My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: UK
Hi,
I've recently (2 weeks ago) signed a tenancy agreement for a flat I am scheduled to move into at the start of August. I was searching online for the ad to find my new landlords email address as I am yet to receive a copy of the tenancy agreement with the payment terms. On searching I came across a for sale ad for the property and am now quite confused?
Is this just a case of the landlord selling the flat as tenanted, this isn't mentioned in the ad, it just says 'new lease' - but could this mean leasehold?
