Sales Agreements: Vehicle Options Are Not Included, but the Manufacturer Says They Are

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: California

I purchased a new vehicle from a dealer in Oct. of 2017. The Monroney sticker does not indicate that an automatic dimming rear view mirror is included. My vehicle does include a driver's side exterior automatic dimming mirror which is included on the sticker. There is currently a campaign by the manufacturer to replace such mirrors that are malfunctioning. While investigating this campaign on-line, I came across a manufacturer web site that allowed me to view the standard and optional equipment that was on the vehicle when it was built. I entered the VIN and the equipment list was displayed and it indicated that the automatic dimming rear view mirror was included.

My question is, do the options on the sticker, or lack thereof, take precedence over what options the manufacturer says are included, and do I have any grounds based on the campaign to correct the problem.

Thanks,
Bruce
