My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: california
I have been renting from my landlord for 4 months. We share meter, trash, and even the cooling system. He refused to show me pg&e bill but demands $150.00 month utilities. He has turned off power to MY window cooler for over a week, changed the free wifi name to an obsenity, and dug up my yard to drain his. I did go to public works and unit is illegal??
We go to court on Tuesday. Also I have no corbon monoxide detector and he installed a hot water heater right outside my door under the porch with no ventilation. I also have a.window covered by ply wood going onto his house. Please help
