My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Ohio
I have been dating my boyfriend who is 20 and I’m 19 for almost 3 years now. My father has had a problem with my boyfriend for no reason here recently my father has said he is going to get a restraining order on my boyfriend for trespassing. But my boyfriend has never done anything to physically,mentally, or Emotionally hurt me or my family he has never stalked or Harassed me or my family. I was wondering if he could get a restraining order on my boyfriend even though everytime he has came over my mother knew and allowed my boyfriend on the property. And everytime my mother or father has asked him to leave he has very respectful. And there has been multiple times where my father has known my boyfriend was on the property but never had an issue with it.
