My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Pennsylvania. I work for an employer that has “Nest” cameras installed in the workplace. These cameras record both video and audio. If the employer pulls these cameras up, they can both watch and listen to ehat is being said. I did not agree to audio recordings, but did agree to visual recordings. Are these cameras permitted in the workplace?
