I have recently made an offer on property it was never mentioned the seller would want an easement and now we are getting close to closing he wants an easement added even though he has enough road frontage on the 30 acres he kept to build a drive but doesn't want to spend the money. Can he force us into an easement agreement even though its not in contract of accepted offer.
