My question involves criminal law for the state of: north carolina.
So I got a 50B against my husband. However I wanted to make things work so I went back to him. I also filed a petition to remove the 50B. I have court Wednesday,but now I want to keep my restraining order because when I went back he strangled me by my throat and I now have a sprained wrist. Will I go to jail since we both violated it? What do I say at court? Will they automatically dismiss my 50B bc I went back.
