So my question is, I got a Class C Misdemeanor in January. I paid my fines. They gave me a 90 day petiod, which expiered on May 7th. But I missed the 15 day period to get the misdemeanor expunged. So I got a mail today saying I have to be in court on the 19th of June. May I know what happenes in this case? I was somehow convinced that I had a 30 day period. But unfortunately it is not so. Is there a way to get it expunged or will it go on the record?
