Police Conduct: Strange Police Activity

Hello, recently I have suspected police are following and tracking me which I have confirmed through incidents of them watching me playing outside and following me on the roads I often commute. This pattern has been consistent and moreover I have not seen as many police in 2-3 years than these 2-3 weeks. Its super odd because I have an squeaky clean record and do not conduct any illegal activities. I don't fear being followed and have ignored it for a while but now its becoming strange and I don't want this to persist. What is the best course of action, should I wait it out or go to a station and ask if there are any complaints or what?
