Traffic Lights, Signs and Controls: Red Light Camera After Getting Stuck Part-Way Into an Intersection Behind a Bus

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California

9/19/2018 around 3:00 p.m. in Los Angeles.
I was on Western passing Exposition and there's a camera enforced.
It was green light so I kept going and it was green light all the way.
However, there was a bus in front of me and that bus stopped to pick up people. The bus stop was right on the corner of the street, that I was stuck in middle of the crosswalk lane. back side of my car was sticking out into the intersection and my car was in the crosswalk behind the bus. I did not have enough time to change lanes due to so much traffic. Then the light turned red and then the bus moved forward.
So I was basically in the crosswalk and little bit in the intersection when the light became red.

So does anyone know if I will get a ticket?
If so, how long does it take to get it and how much??
Is there a way to check if I did get a ticket?
Do actual human review the photo or video from the camera to decide if the drivers at fault?
Any tips?
This is very frustrating and unfortunate.
