My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: CA
The officer wrote on the ticket CVC5201.1 (a) OBSTRUCTED PLATES
http://www.traffic-ticket-informatio...vc-5201-1.html
Section (A) is clearly the sale of prohibited products that cover the plate. Would this just be considered a clerical error?
The officer checked NO under correctable violation. Why is this not a correctable violation? I have printed out two 8x10 pictures to show the judge I have fixed this violation. ( If i don't say anything about the wrong citation) Can I say any of this at my arraignment?
