Divorce: Divorce: Short Marriage, Unacceptable Behavior and Rights and Rental Eviction

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Washington

This is a lengthy post with a few questions.

So, this is difficult. I am trying to find some attorney's but seems difficult and the apartment complex people don't have much of an idea of what to do.

unfortunately me and the wife are getting a divorce - just beginning. Her behavior is very childish and immature and threatens to call the police whenever I am in the apartment when I am doing literally nothing but going into my office to do work or grab a few things.

There is a room mate release document signed by both of us where she has to move out on a certain date. I am also seeking a protection order against her because of her behavior towards me (mental and emotional abuse...and took my money without telling me but that's a whole different ball game).

Most of her stuff is moved out but she is still there. I cannot even go into the apartment because of her attitude/behavior and threats. I am in a temp safe accommodation but only for a short while and need to think about where to go to next - I shouldn't be the one having to do this.

Anyway, what will happen if she is still there after the specified date of her needing to be moved out? Can she still be there legally? It makes no sense to have a room mate release document and not enforce it? Can the police do something?

I am really scared, not well, losing money, sleep and have not eaten for the past few days as I cannot comprehend this situation at all. Cannot talk to her, nothing and don't intend on doing so either because of her dramatic and erratic as well as over the top/belligerent behavior (as stated by the attorney).

Anyone know? I just need some guidance/assurance.

Another question: What rights do I have, as a man I guess, to protect myself? I am a non immigrant and may have to head back to my home country soon. We were only married just shy of 2 years and she is very abusive as mentioned above. I strongly feel I should file a protection order however I also fear that in the divorce she will be asking for money that is not even hers (even though as I said, she took $10K of my money without telling me and withdrew $300 more recently, but I have moved money into a different account). I have been the one supporting both of us with every bill you can imagine. I do have my business here too but this was established before we got married.
I keep hearing community property and it worries me.

One more question: How strongly can one send a message across, legally, to stop misbehaving and co-operate sensibly? Any thing I can do legally - again, to protect myself and have some calm, sense and peace?
