My question involves a child custody case from the State of: NYC
Custodial parent refuses to meet with me in person to discuss topic related to our son. She wants our conversation to be limited to a parenting app. Im behind child support and she asked me when would I pay. I offered her to meet in person at a place of her choice to discuss this as well. She is refusing. We have a visitation settlement court conference coming up. Im trying to communicate with her can the judge force her to speak with me in person for the best interest of our child?
I do not trust using this parenting app as I feel is her spouse writing for her.
