My question involves real estate located in the State of: Oklahoma, I am interested in land that is land locked as I am told. The neighboring property owner will not allow for access to parcel through his land. The property is triangular with one side running adjacent to railroad that sits between parcel and hiway. Is there a way to get access from hiway to parcel across the railroad? Thank you in advance.
