My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: illinois I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle and was told it had no liens or anything. I come out of work and next this you know my vehicle is gone. With my payments ahead of time and with my bank telling me I was up to date on payments. I end up calling the repo company that took my vehicle and was told the vehicle didn’t even have my name on it and that Chrysler capital had issue the repo due to dealer not completing the lien or previous debt. Now idk if i have the right to sue or not. Due to the emotional distress I am being caused. And plus the extra expenses and loss of money
