Lost job, must move for work, still under contract till August 2019. Rent was due this August 1st. I didn’t pay. I told the apartment manager that I would vacate August 11th. Per Management’s request I am trying to find a replacement tenant up until August 11th.
They told me they would hold off on the eviction process until August 13th.
How should I notify them that I have vacated on August 11th? Can they begin to evict me on August 13th if I have vacated on August 11th?
