Two Ticket Issues

My question involves a law issue in the State of: WA. So I gave two issues regarding tickets. Back in Feb someone hit my car in the parking lot of a lamp store the police were called I was declared NOT AT FAULT but received a ticket for no insurance and driving in a suspended license. I didn’t know until then that my license was suspended. I contested it being as there State codes that say that you can not be ticketed in private property... I requested it be thrown out because I wasn’t pulled over, did not cause the accident and the accident happened in a private parking lot.... apparently they decided against me as I got a ticket for over 1000.00$ how is this possible? Also today I got pulled over in Redmond by a Kirkland police officer. He said he’d followed me from the freeway entrance off exit 18 as I was supposedly speeding according to his gun. However he is clearly lying because about 5-10 min after I got off the exit I went to the drive through at McDonald’s I wasn’t stopped nor did I see a cop and I was in line for about 8 minutes total. I didn’t get pulled over until after I left the mc Donald’s. If he’d in fact noted me as speeding via his scanner back at the feeeway exit.... why did he wait so long to pull me over I have the receipt from McDonald’s proving the time etc I was there. I ended up with a speeding ticket and driving on a suspended license apparently I’d missed a ticket payment and they resuspended my license.... I want it to be noted these tickets that they keep suspending my license over are old tickets.... I’m trying to pay them off but now these..... don’t know what to do cuz I work late nights and the buses don’t run I live in Lynnwood my jobs are in Redmond.... so I have no choice but to drive....
