My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Nevada
I catch 2 times when I drop off my car to the car dealership for warranty repair, and the tech drove my car out for lunch, after hour to the park, and finally went home with my car! (I have a built-in GPS inside my car to monitor the location of my car).
I even went to the tech's home and saw my car there, and I took pictures as a proof, as well as I have the log how many places the tech drove my car to. First time was the worst one, he drove a total of 170+ miles during the time supposed to be at the dealership for the warranty repair.
I complained to the manager at the dealership, and the manger said it is "normal" for the tech to drive customer's car home for extensive testing!!! I honestly cannot accept it, but not sure what to do!
