My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Maine
I have a new Kia Soul bought new 8/2017. brought in for oil change, dealer forgot oil plug, I was 150 miles from home when the engine oil light came on and the car stopped on 495 in Mass Pike.
Dealer now wants the Dealer in Mass to attempt to add oil a new plug and start the car?
Full warrantee as car only has 20K that I put on
Should they be replacing the car with a new one- I do not want a rebuilt engine
