Impound: Stolen Truck Was Recovered Then Sold from Impound

My question involves a stolen vehicle that was recovered and taken to impound for storage, and sold while I was still incarcerated. After being released from jail I contacted impound yardm. This is when I was informed the truck was sold, Being the sole financial interest in vehicle, I was Not notified of lien sale and at that point decide to hang up and get advice

I had attempted to have truck released to another party but authorities this was extremely unsuccessful .
