My question involves personal property located in the State of: nevada
I had a roommate who moved out and I lent them 380 dollars over time at one point 180 last April and 200 last month. Well now she can't pay it back. We got in an argument last week at her place and she told me to leave and keeps hanging up when I call her. She texted me though that I was going to pay for her stuff because she is saying I said she can't get her stuff but I've told her several times she could get her stuff but she keeps saying I'm holding her stuff hostage and that is why she won't pay me back. I told her she's not allowed in my house but can get her stuff and leave right outside my door. Neither of us is welcomed at each other's homes. But I told her I texted her that she could pick up her stuff at a neutral place she will not make any effort to get her stuff. And this is well after 30 days of me holding her stuff. She had even been over my place in April more than once and did not get her stuff. I don't know how to go about getting rid of her stuff because it takes up half of my living space and can I see her for keeping her stuff here past 30 days? Along with suing her for not paying the 380 back how would I go about all this?
