Suspension and Revocation: Has Anyone Appealed the Judge's Decision in a Penndot Suspension Hearing

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Pennsylvania

Hello! Has anyone appealed the judge's decision in a license suspension (civil) hearing? My attorney met all of the requirements in the case during the hearing, and the PennDOT attorney provided absolutely no evidence to negate it other than the basic officer testimony (it was a DUI), yet the judge seemed to arbitrarily uphold the suspension. His decision order was literally one small paragraph, and gave no reason at all for his decision. I'm told the judge's decisions in such cases are typically quite longer.

I've read the case the judge cited, Scott V. PennDOT, which requires "unequivocal" expert testimony. My expert gave exactly this. It was unequivocal (leaving no doubt--meaning, he didn't say "probably" or "if she was experiencing this..", rather, he said she WAS in this condition).

I'm new here, this may be too specific, but thought I'd give it a shot! I've heard appealing this is a huge ordeal and costly, and I'm tired of bugging my attorney, so it would be nice to hear from someone who has knowledge of this!
