My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Arizona
I live in an apartment complex. Quite often residents with multiple vehicles or visitors use parking spaces designated for handicapped parking or as loading/unloading zones. management tells us to call the police if it’s after hours. The police tell us they will not come because it’s private property.
When end it happens during normal business hours management says they will take care of it but don’t. I have also been witness to management telling the individual who was moving out and using the space for loading his vehicle that he could use the spot for half an hour and that “other people” needed the spot.
During this time the van bringing my disabled adult grandson home from his day program came to drop him off and had no where safe to let him out.
What at can I do to have the people in authority treat this behavior seriously?
