Tourist Visas: Drugs Paraphernalia Found Upon Us Entry Port

upon arrival to the airport, the officer searched my luggage and found rolling papers and filters. I was heavily questioned about cannabis use, I denied my intention to use cannabis in the US.

I was given a body search.

The officer recorded the incident on his system and asked me to pack my stuff back into the bags (including the rolling papers and filter)

He told me that I shouldn't bring this stuff with me to the US next time and admitted me into the US.

I asked him if this was recorded on my records and he said "of course"

I have a multiple b2 visa.

Question 1 - Will this incident backfire on my next visit to the US? is there a chance of being denied entry at the airport next time? keeping in mind I was admitted during the incident.

Questions 2 - When Applying for a new US B2 Visa as mine is expiring soon, will the officer reject my visa application because of this recorded incident.

Questions - if I was denied entry the next time I visit, can I ask to defend my case infront of a judge before they cancel and revoke my visa.

I love traveling, I love visiting the US and I had no intention of cannabis use, nor am I a drug user.
