My question involves restraining orders in the State of: West Virginia
My mom filed to have a restraining order against my boyfriend after she realized she doesn’t like him. He has done nothing wrong to me and my mo says she has proof when we know there is nothing and he has proof he did nothing wrong. My question is shouldn’t I have to be there since it’s for me against him? My mom doesn’t want me going to be on his side which is the side I’m in because she did nothing wrong to me at all
