My question involves police conduct in the State of: Pennsylvania, bought car got insurance its had regerstation but some how showed exspired even though i just paid for plates??? as im not sure prior owner had issued??? why did my plates have issue???
cop says they did thenbthey did donot arguee but go back to DOT no issue in my mind, but true as blue had no brake lights- --cop impounds truck-- im stunned shooked - #1 though should i had avoided stop and is it legal in PA to be using hand signals at night would that have been legal? #2 if i had said that i will have them brake fixed here and now as call me a mobile repair tech ASAP...#3 if id said no permission im granting you to tow, and unless you have a judges order in the seizures laws described by codes applied, stop now you actions
??? still dont understand PA rights this cop impossed, maybe his wife made him a bad dinner that night and used exsessive force but lawfull force---is it becouse my regerstation was in violation that PA can tow a vehice,--- is it becouse brake lights non working makes a vehicle safty hazord and no one can be allowed road side repairing here due to interstate route laws, only rural road side repairs allowed--- as in courts here you must pay the ticket 400$ to pleef not guilty then arguee to a judge--- abuse of force malious prosacution and abuse of process---but my call in mind was shut up let this cop bully me--- do as he wishs ---arguee not be polite watch tow truck come sign ticket call a cab and even say have a nice day officer .. my mind was saying one thing but my voice and arm-a-tued hand motions and middle finger was doing nothing, another thing as im old and wise ---but stupid to not know PA laws ---and how i could say "piss off you wanta be" im a "pro se" Lawyer now go pound sand, as--- code--section- says xxxxyyyzzz
