My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of:
My two roommates and I are on a lease and needed a fourth roommate. When she moved in she did not sign a lease agreement.
She is now trying to move out but gave no notice until 2 days prior. She also has not paid for the utility bills.
My main question is if she is not on the lease but is considered a legal resident because she has lived there for more than 30 days and recieves mail, does she have legal obilgation to give a 30 day notice before moving out?
