My question involves criminal law for the state of:California
When I was in high school, I tried to steal from Kohls, they called the police, then sent me home. I payed the fine, and did a course to get it off of my record. They told me I was banned from all Kohls throughout US, but I've gone through paperwork, and even tried to get ahold of the law office that handled my case, but it said nothing on my paperwork, and the law office never got back to me, even though I called them multiple times. How do I know how long it lasts?
