My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California the city of San Francisco.
Does the master tenant have the right to negotiate a buyout of a SFH separately when the subtenants have only been in the house ofr 6 months and they have no written agreement?
If the master tenant negotiates a buyout, can he give the subtenants a 30 day notice and then decide if and what part of the buyout the subtenants can have?
