My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Colorado.
It is not for me but trying to keep a friend out of jail. He ended up getting a restraining order against him from his wife. Today it was modified so that thdy were able to communicate through text and email for child care. Also they could meet up at public places as well. My question is what is the laws definition of a public place? Does that only meant like a store, park, or restaurant? Or does that me she could come over to where he is staying and vise versa if there are others present at the time? Thank you for any and all answers/information given. I appreciate it greatly.
