Calculation of Support: Income and Expense Declaration - Assets and Expenses

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: California

My fiance has to complete a new income and expense declaration for Child Support review, and as I manage most of our finances I am helping him out. We have several joint accounts, however we are not yet married. Does anyone know how he's supposed to list those bank accounts, or if he should list them at all? The money is both of ours.

Also, as for expenses, should he be listing all our expenses combined (i.e. rent, utilities, groceries, etc), or just list a portion of them.

Any help is appreciated, I've not been able to find much that was helpful searching online.
