My question involves an accident that occurred in the state of: Indiana
I was in an accident on a roundabout I merged in to the roundabout in the inner lane I was trying to exit the traffic circle on the 4th exit when i say a white truck coming at me I slammed on my brake and we barley hit. ( it was raining) There was damage to the front of my car, but no damage on his car. There was a witness who stopped and gave me his information. Like i told the insurance and police office i'm not sure were we hit. His insurance company called and said they spoke to the witness and the other driver and they are not accepting liability. I attached a picture I entered the Traffic circle by BP and the other driver entered at Culvers. What should i do next???? The law of a roundabout " in a Multi-lane roundabout , you must yield to both lanes of traffic.Once a gap in traffic appears, merge into the roundabout and proceed to your exit. I feel he didn't yield to me. The guy was driving a company truck, so i'm guessing they just don't want to pay out! [IMG]IMG_2476.PNG[/IMG]
