18 yr old nephew purchased a used car and first time buyer all by himself drove home in the car 1 wk later salesperson comes to the house saying that he needed a co signer because he doesnt have credit. Grandma co signed 2 weeks later receives a letter from the dealer to bring the car in she wasnt approved for loan took the car back but they say oh the letter is just a formality
It automatically sends out to customer. Took car back home, return next day still they wont take the car back so, what are my options.
Am i entitled to a refund of the deposit. What can he do or what can grandma do?
