My question involves independent contractors in the state of: Vermont
I worked hard to obtain a job position with a company online. I was accepted and all went well on my first day of employee orientation Monday, February 26, 2018. I was supposed to continue on Friday March 2, 2018 and when I logged in I started having issues with the internet upload and download speeds. My service provider is aware that I work from home and the need and urgency of them providing this service is important for my employment. I called them after technical support for the company I was schedule to worked with informed me that its due to the speed. I called my provider and they couldn't sent out a technician out immediately. Due to this I lost my employment position. And because of company policy I will not be able to be rehire again! please advice.:(
Sincerely
