My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: I bought a vehicle from an insurance auction. Fixed it and registered it. Now they're asking for a clearance letter from Tennessee stating no title was issued. Problem is this was a California car, bought in California. I've got no idea how to get said clearance letter. Can anyone give me any advice? Should this be taken to court? I've had someone working on it for 3 months with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
