My gf has this jealous ex that rears his head occasionally and sometimes he takes her phone from her to block me from calling or texting her without her realizing that he took her phone while it was unlocked just to block me.
This has happened multiple times over the past year. Is their a law he is breaking by doing this? Can I call the cops the next time this happens or what?
