My question involves an accidnet that occurred in the state of: Pennsylvania. While stopped on the highway due to traffic volume I was rear ended by a commercial vehicle. The driver of the vehicle did not have his drivers license on his person. We exchanged insurance information. I had my insurance company contact his employers insurance. My vehiclewhile in good condition, is old and the repair will likely be equivalent to the bluebook value of the car. After a day of waiting for the insurance company to send out an adjuster I am growing concerned. No injuries. Do I have any leverage regarding the driver not carrying his license If the company tries to stall?
