Collection Lawsuits: Default Judgment

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Florida

Hi,

I received a package in the mail last week saying that I had a default judgment (debt) against me on April 2000. This is something I was not aware of until last week.

I did call county clerk to see if this was a scam, the kind lady told be that yes there was a judgment given.

So where do I go from here?

Do I fill out paperwork sent or reply in my own words? I found the questions asked a bit much.
