My question involves real estate located in the State of:Washington
Friend was 1 of 3 owners of a home. Land was owned by 1 of the owners.
Predatory lender ad entices land owner to put up land for $10,000. Lender was committing embezzlement, cut check without all proper paperwork and signatures. Was fired next day. Went to make payment on loan lender refused to accept payment. Stated they would take as a loss as loan was fraudulent. 6 years pass, owners did not receive proper notice, surprise forced eviction ensued, assaulted friend during eviction. Property of all owners was either taken by various parties or disposed of as refuse. Vehicles were towed and sold by local tow company. Owners were literally left on street to watch all of this. Friend was arrested for trespass for returning to feed cat.
It seems fairly obvious legal assistance should be sought out, any suggestions? Chinook,WA
