My question involves police conduct in the State of: vermont
Say your traveling one way and a police officer is driving in the other direction . You pass eachother. You arent speeding, you turned your high beams to low you did not cross a line and were not on the phone yet he turns around and follows you for 12 miles then pulls onto a side road and immediatly turns around and heads back to where you came from. Is that considered harrasment?
Especially when that particular barracks doesn't patrol in the town they followed you into and it has happened on 2 other occasions.
How far can an officer legally follow you like that?
