Pictures of Kids from Prior to Divorce

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas

Divorced with 3 kids. I have asked ex for the photo albums from the baby years so that I can make copies with promise to return originals to her timely. She is refusing to provide. Has anyone dealt with this? Any advice is appreciated.
