Expenses: "Uninsured" Portion of Children Medical Expenses - Hsa/High Deductible Health Plan

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
I am non custodial parent. 3 kids
Court order is, I pay cash medical support, custodial parent was to maintain health insurance. 50/50 shared on unreimbursed health care expenses.

Facts: Custodial parent maintained health care through her employer, preferred plan since kids born. After divorce, 1 year later (Jan 2019) she renewed her health plan through her employer but chose a high deductible plan. Her employer gave her a $1,000 HSA bonus for electing the high deductible plan. She did not discuss with me, in fact I had asked at open enrollment time and she intentionally avoided/side stepped comparing plans for the best coverage for kids. She has refused to provide new premium information.

Medical bills for 2019 - she is requesting unreimbursed amounts but will not provide EOB or answer question on HSA funds. What was a $15 co pay in 2018 is now $88, but I cannot for life of me figure out the plan since I have minimal details and she is refusing to provide additional information such as the EOB (required per court order).

How do I handle?
Do I pay and just assume it is right
Do I get my 50% credit of HSA?
Do I stand my ground and continue requesting the bills, EOB's etc as per court order? I have asked 8 times at this point and she has refused in writing to provide.

Any guidance is appreciated, thanks!
