My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: PA
Long story short, I own the house that my mother and adult sister live in. Neither pay rent. My sister allowed another person to live in the house without my permission or approval, as the owner (he has been there for 3 months). I would like to evict my sister and this other person. Just file paperwork and be done? What other issues will I run into or have to address? Thanks.
