My question involves court procedures for the state of: Colorado
I want to file a small claims suit against the TSA (Transportation Security Administration), but am unsure what the right process is. I have never sued anyone before. I understand there is a "registered agent" I need to get the papers sent to? Not sure if that's correct, if it is how to find the address & if I need to pay the Sheriff to do the actual service? Any guidance would be appreciated.
