My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: CA
Long story short : if you offered an item for sale on Craigslist and were paid via PayPal but changed your mind and issued a full refund - also through PayPal - can the buyer continue to insist that you make the sale regardless ? The sale price for this item was $150 and we issued a full refund via PayPal (confirmed by PayPal).
Please help as the buyer is aggressively demanding that we sell her the item as that was "our agreement" (we just discussed the sale via email). I am not sure when my partner received the money in their PayPal account but the refund was issued within 24 to 48 hours per my knowledge.
