Expungement and Sealing: Expunging My Appeals Records

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Oklahoma
Back in May, I successfully got an expungment and after looking up the osbi records, it has been deleted. However, I'm having some difficulty getting the appeals records deleted from when it was appealed and charges dismissed.

I mentioned it to my lawyer, and he said he couldn't find it, even though I told him it was still on the ok supreme Court website that links with odcr. The upside is that the online case shows nothing in the way of charges. Anyone looking could just as well think I was appealing a traffic ticket. Still, I'd like to have everything cleaned up as possible. The court order for an expungement even included the appeals cases. I've asked my lawyer more then once for a copy of the order so I can take it to the supreme Court office myself to try and have it resolved, but he won't responds to the request. It's possible he's waiting for me to finish paying him, which I'm very close to doing. My last payment is coming up. In the meantime, would planning to take the order to the state Supreme court be a good idea? I have no intention of causing any sort of ruckus and would be very civil.
