Custody and Visitation Issues: My Ex Spouse Lawyer Talking to My Lawyer. This is Good Practice

My question involves a child custody case from the State of:

Court was this week and my ex wife lawyer shared information with my lawyer to “get to an agreement”. My lawyer mentioned the divorced is a fraud and her lawyer agreed since we didnt divorce in the USA and he said “I will do the divorce here”.

This is bad ethic for me. Although we are fighting I don’t see her lawyer is genuine.

Can you guys agree with me for once?
